about SPW
about us
The most frequently asked question we get in our workshops is: "What makes a great photograph?" The answer is simple. It's a photograph that makes people feel. It's a photograph that makes people feel what you felt when you envisioned it.
At Sydney Photographic Workshops, we're passionate about giving you not only the skills, but also the inspiration to create amazing images. Whether you're a beginner, an enthusiast or a working professional there's something in each workshop for you.
We live and breathe photography. Hence, our motto is: "Photography, we live it..."
Our principal tutor, Daniel Linnet, M.Photog, is a multi award winning professional photographer who has drawn on his extensive experience and his photographic network to construct a sensational curriculum of workshops run by some of Sydney's most passionate teaching professionals.
As a team of working professional photographers, our tutors draw on current, real-world knowledge to make your learning an experience, not just the presentation or regurgitation of a tecnhical text book material.
It is this commitment to your experience that keeps Sydney Photographic Workshops at the top of the list of Sydney's favourite photography schools.
Take a look though our galleries to see what past and present students learn and create at our workshops. Check out our tutors to see who might be leading your course and, of course, make sure your check out our workshops.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our workshops soon.
